"Lighthouse Lover" Original Painting

"Lighthouse Lover" was inspired by a summer day wandering around the lighthouse cliffs in Acadia — one of those perfect Maine afternoons where the air is warm but the breeze is cool enough to make you linger. I remember standing on the rocks, listening to the Atlantic crash below and watching sunlight flicker across the water like tiny sparks. The lighthouse felt steady and timeless, almost comforting in the way it kept its quiet watch over everything. This piece is my attempt to bottle that feeling — the rugged beauty, the stillness between waves, and the sense that some places just stay with you long after you leave.
